たまたま近くで用事があり、知人に連れられての初訪問です。
この辺りには、あまり縁がないので知りませんでしたが、結構な人気店らしいです。
外には、デカデカと職人技の四川麻婆豆腐という看板が出ていました。
普通の中華メニューもありましたが、やはりここは折角なので、麻婆豆腐と炒飯のセットを注文しました。
最近の花椒ブームで、シビ辛の麻婆豆腐が多い中、このお店は辛さや痺れよりは、コクにこだわりを持っているらしく、かなり大量の胡麻油の中に、大ぶりな肉と豆腐がマッタリと絡んでいるタイプでした。
特に辛かったり痺れたりとかはしませんでしたが、肉の旨味は十分に感じられました。
ただ、いくら身体に良い胡麻油とはいえ、全部集めると、有に大さじ5杯以上はありそうだったので、肉と豆腐を脇に寄せながら、胡麻油は極力残しました。
炒飯も普通に美味しかったのですが、特に飛び抜けた印象はありませんでした。
それよりも、500円追加すると、正式麻婆豆腐というスペシャルメニューへグレードアップ出来るらしく、何が正式なのか、こちらの中身の方が、非常に気になりました。
