《雲水樓 （うんすいろう）》
『麻辣担々麺ランチ 1,050円』
「美味しい担々麺ランチを食べれるお店があるよ」
そう聞いて向かったのは、鴻池新田駅から徒歩約10分のところにある《中国料理 雲水樓》さん。
以前までは《中國旬彩 喜千》という屋号でしたが、10周年を記念して屋号を新たに変えたそう。
ホテル出身シェフが作る本格的中国料理が食べれるお店として有名らしいんですが今回初訪〜！
ランチタイムということで、なかなか賑わいを見せていましたが、カウンターに空きがありスムーズに入店。
注文はもちろん担々麺ランチ…と思ってよく見ると、その横に『麻辣担々麺ランチ』の文字を発見。
一辛50円アップで麻辣のシビカラ仕様にできるってことらしいのでそちらを注文。

【ビジュアル】
麻辣担々麺は色合い、香りからして本格的なやつ！小皿2つにサラダ、白ごはんまで付いててお得ですね！
【スープ】
まずはレンゲでスープをひと口…
濃厚な胡麻の風味溢れるコクと肉味噌の旨み、ほどよいシビカラの刺激がいいですねー！
【麺】
歯切れのよい中太ちぢれ麺で、スープとの馴染みもほどよくていい感じ
【サイドメニュー】
ランチには白ごはんの他、サラダ、豆腐、それに揚げ餅？が付いてくる！
これがまたいい！
白ごはんはもちろん、麺完食の後にスープにダイブしてリゾットに！
いやー美味しかった！
