This is a store that has been a BM for a long time. I didn't have a chance to visit it because it's an area I rarely go to, but I happened to pass by it during lunch time. I was lucky that the parking lot in front of the store was empty. The inside of the restaurant is not very large, but it is clean within the town Chinese genre. The sweet and sour pork seems to be the best choice on the lunch menu, but I came here because I wanted to try the tandan noodles, so I stuck to my first intention. There are normal versions of Dandan noodles, but there was one on the menu called "Mara Dandan noodles" that caught my attention. For the normal version, chili oil is included so you can adjust the spiciness. Mala dandan noodles are spicy, 2 spicy is quite spicy, and 3 spicy is of course... Since it was my first time, I ordered the normal Mala Dandan noodles. I thought about ordering a single item, but since it comes with a salad and one dish, I decided to stick with the set meal. I asked for a small serving of rice. The waiting time was about 10 minutes. The dandan noodles look rich and the chili oil is dark in color. It is sprinkled with plenty of sesame seeds. Is the rice small? The volume is as big as you think. Salad, Fried food, and cold tofu. Dandan noodles are a rich type with a strong sesame flavor. The description of spicy but delicious is perfect. I wonder if various flavors are concentrated in chili oil? The numbness is moderate. The noodles are medium-thin and lightly fried. I felt that the texture was a little rough. Thanks to this, the soup mixes well. The minced meat is coarse and accented with nuts. The spinach topping gives it a nice color. I think I'd like to try the 2-spicy version next time. One dish of cold tofu is good for resting your chopsticks. Fried food was daikon mochi with corn, but it was cold, which was disappointing. The salad had a light dressing, which was helpful as it refreshed my palate. The dandan noodles that I was interested in were very delicious and I want to visit again! I felt that. I wonder if it's okay to have it alone this time.
