We had lunch at ``Uoki Suisan'', which is located along the outer ring and probably becomes Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) at night. When I arrived after 12:00 on a weekday, it was about 1/3 full, but by the time I left at 12:40, it was about 70% full. The lunch here looked delicious, and I was having a hard time deciding what to order, but since it was voluminous, I ordered the ``Homemade Young Chicken Fried Set Meal'', which came with a single side dish. It takes a little time to serve, about 15 minutes. There are about 5 pieces of fried chicken, large and small, so it has a handmade feel to it. The taste is bland, and it's served with a mayonnaise-based Barbecue sauce on the side, but it's a great side dish without it. It also comes with pickles, kinpira burdock root, and arajiru soup, and for 825 yen (tax included), it's probably the best value for money. This is still enough to fill you up, so if you add the free rice bowl, you might not be able to get up. The store was non-smoking, and there were separate toilets for men and women, with two for men. Payment can be made by credit card. It's a delicious restaurant, but the portions are large, so if you become a regular, you'll definitely gain weight, so be careful.
