本日は、コチラに家族で来ました。
「イオンモール四條畷」2F レストラン街にある粉モン屋さんで、「錦わらい」として、あちこちチェーン展開している人気のお店。
雨の休日には、こういった巨大ショッピングセンターが無料駐車場もあるし、立体なら濡れる事なくとっても便利♡
ただしクルマを止める場所を間違えると、だだっ広いフロア内をかなり歩く事になりますがw(;ﾟ∇ﾟ)
12時過ぎ到着・・店内ほぼ満席と賑わってます。
明るい店内は、奥に厨房スペース、カウンター席はなく、テーブル席が多数の構成。
男女数人での切り盛りです。
メニューは「粉モン・一品・ドリンク・デザート」など(雑)
「お好み焼ミックス玉・京天焼ミックス・白ご飯・味噌汁」注文・・ここは厨房で焼いてから持って来るスタイル。
しばらくして来ました。
キャベツなどミキサーで細かくカットされたようなキメの細かい生地は、エアリーでフワッとした柔らかな口当たり・・外側のカリカリっと香ばしく焼かれた部分との違いがハッキリとしていて美味しい(* ´ ▽ ` *)
ミックスなので豚、エビ、イカなどが入って具沢山♡
定番ソース&マヨネーズも確かに美味しいけど、私的にはレモン醤油を掛けて食べるオリジナルメニュー「京天焼」がお気に入り(*^^*)
程なく完食・・ここの1枚は厚み&ボリュームもあって満腹。
