イオンモール内の店舗ということで、他の路面店などと比べると、店内は、かなり狭い印象です。
奥の厨房で焼き上げてから、客席テーブルの鉄板に持ってくる方式の店で、
提供されるまでに10分〜15分位待ちます。
豚の焼きそばと、豚のお好み焼きを注文しましたが、どちらも、前からの甘めソース。
テーブには、追足しできる、辛口ソースも用意せれます。
お好み焼きは、それほどフワフワした感じはありませんが、キャベツの甘味が美味しいですね。
焼きそばは、だいぶ前は、麺が太いのと細いのが有り、店によっては選べたのですが、
今回頂いたのは、細麺？か、どちらとも違う中太麺でしょうか。
費用対効果的にも、普通の、悪くはないお好み焼きチェーンといった感じのお店だと思います。
