I'm also from Kyushu, so the atmosphere of the restaurant was laid-back, with a natural interior design that made me feel relaxed and relaxed. The dishes are simple and absorb into the body, using soup stock from Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) or a soy sauce base. The soba at the end is strained and goes perfectly with the soup stock.
