「四条畷にフィンランドができた」
という情報を入手し、早速行ってみました。
もちろん、南京町のような中華街や、コリアンタウンのような韓国街ほどの
規模ではありませんが、
この数百平方メートルの一角は、確かに北欧風になっていました。
主な飲食店は２つ。
こちらは、ベーカリーカフェです。
以前、堀江に同名のパン屋がありましたが、
そのお店の系列でしょうか。
キノコパンなど、見覚えのあるかわいいパンが並んでいました。
今回買ったのは、５種類。
・もりの木食パン
切っても切っても木が出てきます。
緑の部分はほうれん草、茶色の部分はココアです。
うっすらと野菜の味が感じられます。
インパクトがあって、かわいいパンですね。
・おうちパン
絵本に出てくる家そのまんまの形です。
中はクルミとアーモンドのフロランタンになっています。
無理やり形作っているので、やや固めのパンです。
・リーフパン
この店の商品の中では「普通」の部類かもしれません。
中は、ほうじ茶クリームでおいしいです。
”北欧”っぽくはありませんが、このほうじ茶クリームは好きです。
・ジンジャーレモン
焼き菓子のような組み合わせですね。
ジンジャーもレモンもしっかり入っていて、
おもしろいパンです。
気に入りました～
・紅茶とリンゴのロールパン
中には、アールグレイの味のクリーム。
おしゃれですね～
全体的に小ぶりなパンが多いですが、
どれをとっても、アイデアが詰まっていて、
そして、何よりもカワイイのです。
ついつい、手を伸ばして、買いすぎてしまいますね。
