麺場田所商店の大東店へ。関西にも店が増えてる同店、安定の味噌ラーメンがいただけます。郊外型店舗とあって広々駐車場、店内もテーブル席中心に広々。
現在のメニューは北海道味噌、信州味噌、九州麦味噌の三大看板に加え、山形味噌、西京味噌がラインナップ。山形味噌らーめんをいただきます。
玉こんにゃくがトッピングされた一杯。濃厚な味噌味スープは麹の味わいが強く、独特な美味しさ。豚骨ベースの動物系の旨さもしっかり下支え。
がっちりとかため食感の縮れ太麺が相性よく絡みます。
テーブルトッピングから七味を。これ、めちゃくちゃ合います。味噌の旨さや甘さを引き出す一品。
セットオーダー、ミニ味噌チャーハン。パラパラっとした食感。味噌の旨さがすっと馴染む美味な一杯。
