徳島ラーメンの名店【中華そば いのたに】で修業され、柏原市で営業されている【徳島らーめん ひろ家】
大阪でも数少ない徳島ラーメンを提供されているお店です。
20時頃にお店へ。
店舗近くに駐車場があります。
カウンターとテーブルのある店内。
メニューを見て
徳島らーめん中盛(肉入り) 820円
を注文しました。
ラーメンが到着。
麺は、
細ストレート麺。
ツルッとした
おいしい麺です。
スープは、
徳島ラーメンと言われる豚骨醤油。
サラッと濃度や粘度のないスープで
じんわりとした出汁に醤油ダレの存在感はあり、現地っぽさも感じます。
おいしいスープです。
トッピングは、
甘辛く味付けされた豚肉やメンマモヤシやネギ。
大阪で徳島ラーメンを味わえるお店は少ないですし、クラシカルな現地っぽいラーメンで良かったです。
