数年前に友人の紹介で行ったところ、とても美味しかったので、今回は会社で行きました。
大阪市内からなので、タクシー代がかかりますが、その価値はあるでしょう。
まずは、スッポンの生血。
ワインで割ってあるのでくせもなくスッと飲み干せます。
次は内臓類ですね～
心臓・肝・胆のう・たまご。
こちらもさばきたてなので、くせもなく塩味でいただきます。
その次は、お造りです。
しか？馬肉？いや違う。何にも属さない美味しい肉質。
生姜醤油でいただきます。
次に、唐揚げ。
どのパーツが分かりませんが・・・知らない方がいいのかも(*´ω`)ノ
しっかりとおいしい、少し蛙とまぐろに似た感じですね。
そしてメインのお鍋。
あらかじめ火が通った状態、出来上がったのを持って来ていただけます。
出汁サイコ～～～。
堪能して、〆には雑炊。
その後にデザートをいただきました。
狭い店で、大将お一人で切り盛りされているので、要予約で、４名までで行かれるといいのでは。
