同僚が定年退職で近々会社を去るというので
昔、職場で仲良くしていたグループで飲もうとなった。
JR八尾駅周辺でいい店はないかとリクエストがあった。
数店脳裏に浮かんだが4人がテーブル席でゆっくり
話せるという条件でで「たんと」に決めた。
2日前に事前に店を訪ね、予算や料理の内容、席の
下見をし3000円のおまかせコースを予約した。
決めたポイントは奥の桟敷席が4人と6人の二つのグループ
だけなので、騒がしくなく、大人の隠れ家的な
雰囲気がよかった。
それと大皿が黒を貴重にしたシックなものが多く、
しかも焼きしめなど高級感があってよさげだった。
料理は、最初に冷製トマト、お作り盛り合わせ、
新じゃがのしんじょ、地鶏の鉄板焼き、とうもろこしの
フリッター、鯛飯し、サラダ、〆に細うどん、デザートは
アイスクリームという9品。
ボリュームもあり料理が運ばれるペースも良く、2時間ほど語りあい
飲みあってほどよく酔っ払って解散となった。
