たまに通る道だが店の存在に気付かず通過していたBM店
平日の10時50分に到着
すでに暖簾が出てるので営業している様子
駐車場に車無し
恐る恐る店内へ
初めて訪問する店なのに1番客とは､､､
一応メニューを見るが、狙っていた牛赤身ミニステーキ定食を注文
待つ事6分で配膳されます
レアなステーキと艶々なご飯が美味そう
ミニと明記されているが肉の量も多い
先ずは肉、淡白だが肉肉しい赤身肉が美味い
レアなステーキを食すと力が湧く様な気がする
肉の余韻を残しながら米！
肉とタレと米が美味ーい
ご飯の盛りを普通と伝えたが他店の大盛ほどの量
米が美味いのだが少し柔らかかったのが残念
豆腐の味噌汁も出汁が効いて美味い
シンプルでほっこり
意外に白菜のキムチが美味いのに驚いた
もちろん小鉢の蒟蒻を炊いたのも沢庵も美味い
キャベツの千切りはダイナミックな切り方で女性には食べ難いかもしれないがシャキシャキで美味い
肉からの米とワシワシ頬張り
美味しく完食
肉の量もご飯の盛りも多くて大満足
コスパも良いと思います
他のメニューも食べたい物が多く再訪を決意
また伺います
