神座も八尾方面に来た時の選択肢の一つに入っているな。
この日は期間限定の柚子おろしラーメン￥1,090-をオーダー。
そもそもが柚子は好きなのですが想像するだけでも神座のスープに柚子おろしが合うのは容易に想像が出来ます。
並の単品をオーダーしたのですが少ないかなと思っていたのですが提供されたどんぶりを見て結構なボリュームがある。
早速スープから頂くのですがその時点でいつもの神座のスープにうっすら柚子の風味が。
半分ほど食べたところでどんぶりの端に鎮座する柚子胡椒をスープに溶かして食べる。
これも予想通りのお味なのですが美味い。
更に後半は席に置いてあるニラを投入して味変。
レギュラー化を期待します。
