It has been appearing twice a week since March near Kintetsu Yao Station. I left the client's office around noon, and since I didn't have a Bento (boxed lunch) that day, I headed to the station in search of lunch. Check out udon, Chinese food, and Okonomiyaki under the elevated station. After thinking about choosing between these options, I realized that it would be tough to sit in front of the iron plate in the summer, so I decided on Guu (^O^) The inside of the store has a U-shaped counter and table seats. none. There were 3 groups of customers in front of me, and they were all drinking beer (^-^; If I didn't have a car, I'd order it myself. Now, when I look at the menu, it's a combination of Hiroshima type and Osaka type. At home, I prefer Osaka mixed grilling, so I'll order it myself. I chose Hiroshima♪ ☆Negi bukkake Hiroshima 880 yen A standard type with shredded cabbage on thin dough, pork and fried soba noodles stacked with eggs. Sprinkle sauce and mayonnaise on top and top with plenty of green onions. And it's done! The relatively thick soba noodles are filling and have a good volume. However, the cabbage feels a little sticky, so I think it would be even more delicious if the sweetness was brought out by removing the moisture and steaming it. Also, sprinkled with mayonnaise. I got it, but it might have tasted better without it. I saw "Yellow Hiroshima" on the menu, but I'm curious what kind of Okonomiyaki it is! I didn't ask because they seemed busy, but... If I have another chance, I wonder if I can try it again? (^ ^)
