12時30分ぐらいに、着いて20分程度まって入店。 ひやつけの海老天うどん980を注文。
過去1のコシの強いうどん、なかなか、噛見切れないレベル、硬いのでは無くコシが強い。
たくさんのわさびを少しずつ溶かしながら啜るうどん。 ダシと天ぷらはわりと普通だけと、コシが強いうどんが好きな人なら大好きなお店だと思う。 チェーンの麺とはかなり違う！
店の雰囲気も、綺麗で落ち着いていた、若い人が少なく、客層もいいのかも。
