平日お昼時、仕事で近くを通ったんで駐車場の有るこちらのお店で昼食を摂ることに、、
店内に入りメニューを見ると、ちゃんぽんなんて魅力的なメニューがあってんで店員さんにどんなタイプ？と聞くと、野菜がいっぱい入ってますとの返事(ﾟωﾟ)
まぁ、野菜の少ないちゃんぽんは食べる価値が無いとして、餡掛け大阪タイプ？長崎タイプ？ともう一度聞くとどうやら野菜ラーメンっぽい感じ。
じゃあデフォな感じでいいやと、しあわせラーメンをお願いしました
しあわせラーメン
海苔に描かれた縁結びという文字が、神戸は湊川に有る牛テールラーメンの愛と描かれた海苔を思い出し、思わず懐かしく感じます(ﾟωﾟ)
スープはコッテリやけど嫌味無く、スルスルと啜れる程よい固さの美味しい麺がよく似合います。
チャーシューもこのラーメンを良く分かっているようで、トロトロでコクのあるタイプ。
ランチタイムは2ケまでサービスのおにぎりは、塩系チョイ強めでラーメンに負けない感がいい感じです。
このおにぎりを口の中に入れ、すかさずスープを口に含めて一緒に食べると、少しの罪悪感と思わず笑みがこぼれる幸福感の両方が味わえますよ(*´-`)
