小雨の降る平日の夕食に、19時すぎ、初の訪問。
場所は八尾市（やおし）の国道25号線に沿ってあります。
店前に駐車場は3台。
R25は交通量が多いので、少々テクニックが必要です。
奥の2名がけテーブルに案内いただきメニューを拝見
セットメニューもありますよと親切に案内いただきます。
夜ですが、セットもいけるんですね。ありがたいです。
メニューはいろいろあって悩みますが、今回は大好きなとんかつで

とんかつ、揚げたてでおいしい。
薄目のサクッとした食感。
肉もやわらかく脂が少な目
ハンバーグはTHE 手づくり！感が感じられます。
お安く、ボリュームたっぷりでこういうセットは大好きです。
「頑固シェフのこだわりの店」というキャッチですが、
頑固シェフと奥さんの愛想もすごく良くて居心地も良いです。
また、とんかつ以外をいただきに行きたいです。
