この“かす”とは牛の小腸を丹念に揚げたもので、コラーゲンが豊富な食材でもあるのですが、食べた事の無い人はぜひ一度食べてみるべき。
これはうどんではないのでは？？ いや、今まで食べてきたうどんのほうが、実はうどんではなかったのでは？？ 普通の丼に入って出てきているけど、実は鍋焼きうどんでは？？ と少し勘ぐりたくなるような、融合された味、惹きつける味が『かすうどん』にはあるのですが、えびすにもありました。国産和牛の“かす”を使っているそうなので、値は少し張りますがランチはお得なようです。
