本日は連れがお好み焼きを食べたいと言うので近くの錦わらいへ。
入店してそんなに忙しくもない感じで気づいているのにもかかわらず5分ほど放置。
なかなか強気なお店だ。
気分が悪かったが気にせず着席。
おすすめの焼きそばの太麺、わらい焼き、ねぎ焼き、京天焼きを注文。
焼きそばの麺は細うどんみたいな感じでコシがあり、甘めのソースで万人受けしそう。個人的には少しスパイシーな方が好み。
ねぎ焼きはたこ焼きの生地を薄くのばして、たっぷりのネギと半熟の玉子が中に折りたたんでる。イメージ的には、少しイカ焼きっぽい感じかな。
新食感の京天焼きは、レモン醤油をかけあっさりしているが、新食感という感じはあまりしなかった。
名物のわらい焼きはあまりしなかった。ものすごくフワフワでびっくりした。中に入っている麺が伸びきって美味しくないがありかも。
会計の際に次回半額券を配っていたので、次回に期待。
