"Fluffy Waraiyaki from Kyoto"
"Warai from Kyoto" is a unique and original "Warai-yaki" that has been featured on TV and in magazines many times. You can't talk about Warai without trying it. The soft noodles and gooey eggs combine |
A local colleague (who is a self-proclaimed ``picky taste'' person) recommended it to me. A signboard that you often see while driving on the streets of Kyoto. The cabbage pictures looked delicious, so I decided to give it a try if there was one in the area... When we were introduced to the shop, a very friendly staff member asked, ``Do you know about our Waraiyaki?'' I was planning to eat pork balls and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), but I gave in to the recommendation of ``It's fluffy and delicious ♡ Definitely ♡♡:'' and changed to Sho-Okonomiyaki. I'm from a different school, so would it be okay to call it ``Waraiyaki'' because it contains soba noodles? ? While I was waiting, I ordered ``fresh cabbage special miso'' and ``cold tofu'' which seemed to be instant menu items as a veggie first (or rather, I was just hungry). No need to comment on cold tofu. The special miso made with fresh cabbage has a salty taste to the miso sauce... This is an addictive taste, but even though they claim to be fresh cabbage, and the cabbage is supposed to be purchased in large quantities Okonomiyaki... The color of the cabbage is yellow and it looks different from the image. Due to my lack of knowledge, summer cabbage may be yellow, or it may be some kind of variety, but it's not a fresh, crispy cabbage, which is a bit strange. It may be inevitable that leafy vegetables are being hit hard by this abnormally high temperature, but is this the best choice for cabbage to be served raw? ? ? That makes me question it. Warai-yaki seems to take quite a while, but the grilled squid that seems to be quick is grilled squid. I also ordered a rice set. Just as I was enjoying the meal, the straw grilled rice appeared. It's topped with green onions and eggs, so it's visually stunning. Now, it's time to start our first joint (not solo) work Waraiyaki! ! and adds leverage with a lot of climax feeling. Take a bite. I see, is it yam dough? Fluffy and fluffy. . . But... so? ? ? That's what it feels like. I grew up in the Kansai region and live in the Kanto region, so when I came to Osaka on a long business trip, the taste didn't satisfy my craving for "Okonomiyakitabe!" The store is full. I suddenly noticed. Another Kyoto-based Okonomiyaki chain called ``Kin○ro'' opened near my sister's house, and she said, ``It's really delicious, it's always full of customers, and it's very popular!'' ” I went there and made some regrettable comments. Local people have been eating Okonomiyaki for years or even decades, so they think, ``Sometimes something a little different is delicious!'' ” I guess you feel that way. However, for people like us who have gone outside and come back, all we can see is a taste that can be described as ``nostalgic''. So, although it has a low rating, it may be a good store for local customers. Neither my colleague who recommended it nor my sister who introduced me to Kin○ro in the past meant any harm, and I don't think they have any weird tastes. However, for me, it didn't have the taste I was looking for, so I'm sorry for the ☆ being lowered. However, if you can't get enough after spending over 2,000 yen, you can only judge that the CP is bad, which is a different story.
