極上ハラミ定食も良いんやけど、今日は少し贅沢にいきますかね(^^)

やや小さいけど、厚みはそこそこ。
歯切れの良さは秀逸。
脂乗ってるから、このくらいのサイズが良いわ〜。

結構大きいグラス！手入れも行き届いてるから美味い。
