らーめん工房RISE
塩ラーメンで人気のお店。向かって右の川沿いの駐車場手前3台が専用駐車場です。今回は近隣コインパーキングに車を停め店に12時着。
店内は昔ながらのラーメン店の雰囲気で落ち着きます。おそらく家族経営の様で年配のご夫婦と息子さんの3人でされています。カウンター2席空いていたので着差。その後すぐに満席になりました。

を注文。
海老醤油を注文されている方もかなりいました。
貝出汁の少し甘味のあるスープ。口に入れてしばらくすると貝の香りが広がりとても美味しいです。スープ量もたっぷりあります。
麺はストレート細麺。具材はチャーシュー、白髪ネギ、メンマ、味玉です。
チャーシューは増量すると2枚追加になり計3枚で厚さ大きさもあり食べごたえあります。
ネギ、メンマも多めです。
味玉は無料のご飯と一緒に食べるとバツグンです。
スープ完飲。接客も良く美味しく頂きました！
次回は海老醤油にチャレンジしたいと思います。
