近鉄八尾駅から歩いて12分ほどのところにある「らーめん工房 RISE」さんに初訪問
PM7時前にお店に到着
カウンターとテーブル席があり、小ぢんまりした店内
今回いただいたのは「芳醇魚介そば」味玉トッピング:980円
待つこと約6分で着丼
大きめのチャート、メンマ、ネギ、味玉がのっている
ほのかに魚介、鶏の旨味も感じられるあっさりとしたスープでストレート細麺が絡んでメチャ旨い
好みの味でしっかり味付けされたチャーシューと味玉も美味しい
また、機会があれば別のラーメンを食べに行こう!!
