本日のお昼も「食べログラーメンOSAKA百名店」巡り。本日のお店は､最寄り駅の「八尾駅」からも１キロ近くあるので､電車じゃ無く､車で訪問。開店の１１時半に合わせて訪問。お店の直ぐ近くに専用駐車場（３台分）があります。
老舗のラーメン屋らしい店構えと店内。
年配のご夫婦と息子さん？の３人で切り盛り。
厨房に面したカウンター席が数席と
テーブルが二つ。
女将さんが注文を確認してくれます。
私は「河内の塩」と「ご飯（中）」を注文。
一番奥のカウンター席で待ちます。
さあ出て来ました。丼に並々に透き通ったスープ。まず､スープを一口。メニューに「貝だし」と書いてあってので､美味しいのは予想出来てましたが､予想を裏切らず､貝の旨味たっぷりのあっさりスープで美味しい。
ストレート細麺もまっ合格点。
厚めに切られた豚バラチャーシューも脂身のバランスが良く､スープに浸すとしっとり柔らかく美味しい。
このスープは当然ご飯にも合います。
たっぷりスープなんで飲み干すのは難しいかな？と思ってましたが､どんどん飲み進んで
スープも飲み干して完食！
大変満足満足ご馳走さまでした。
後から来たお客さんが頼んだ
「海老醤油」も美味しそうでした。
