一年ほど前にオープンしたお店。
たまに利用させてもらっています♫
店内は、カウンターと、テーブル席が2つ、奥に座敷があって、綺麗なお店です。
ですが、そこはやはり炭焼屋さんなので、気取らず飲めます。
基本的に焼き鳥屋さんだとは思うのですが、野菜も豊富で、炭焼の野菜はとってもジューシーで美味しい。
塩だけで頂けます(*^_^*)
その日のオススメメニューもあり、焼物以外の料理も充実しているし、居酒屋さんの定番から、家庭的な料理まで幅広く味わえます。
家庭的といっても、さすがお店で出すだけあって、とっても美味しい(^^)
大将に、レシピ教えて頂きたいほど。
焼鳥も、こってりタレではなく、きちんと鶏肉本来の味がして、本当に美味しい！
個人的に、ささみチーズがめっちゃ美味しかったな〜。
クリームチーズ？が、ガッツリ乗っています。
どの焼物も、炭焼なので、炭の味が更に美味しさを増します☆
鶏肉のお刺身もあるのですが、ささみ、ズリ、キモなどがありました。
とっても新鮮でジューシー！
牛レバーは今では食べれなくなったので、鶏肉の生キモがあるのは、有難いですね(^^)
他には、雑炊、カレー等のゴハンものや、揚げ物など、焼物だけにとらわれないお料理が沢山あるし、どれも丁寧に作られていて、素材を活かしたお味になっているので、女性も嬉しいと思います。
お酒も、梅酒や焼酎やチューハイが豊富です。
焼き鳥屋さんはどこでも多いですが、炭焼の美味しさを教えてくれるお店って、なかなか少ないと思うので、本当にオススメなお店です(*^^*)
