平日の昼13時ごろに伺いましたが、店内はまだまだ満席で人気なよう。
20分ほど待って案内していただきました。
チェーン店ですが、毎日各店舗ごとにある製麺室で、自家製麺を作っているというこだわり。
初めてなので王道の塩ラーメンをいただきました。
スープは野菜や鶏ガラなどこだわり素材で作られた塩ダレは旨みが複雑に絡み合い美味しいです。
エビ風味の香味油と、こがしねぎ、柚子などアクセントもあり、シンプルすぎないお味。
これがチェーン店で色んなところにあってくれるなんて嬉しいです。リピします♡
