楽しい飲み会で電車で寝過ごしてしまい、気付けば柏原市堅下駅…。
google mapによると1時間30分歩けば着くらしいので（慣れてる）歩いて帰宅。
頑張ったご褒美にシメの麺が食べたくなり、深夜やっていたこちらを訪問しました。
過去にも1度食べたのですが、そのときにはこれといった印象が無かったので期待していませんでした。
豚骨ベースのスープに、しょうゆ・味噌・赤味噌などが選べるのですが、メニューを見るにイチオシがよく分かりません。
気分で赤味噌を選びましたが、なんというか分かりやすく美味しかったです。
豚骨スープは主張しない感じで、赤味噌とにんにく（入れるかどうか選べます）がとてもマッチしててちょっとジャンクな感じ。
ブランド豚を使っているらしい茶美豚（うろ覚え）のチャーシューもとても美味しかったです。
呑んだ後、さんざん歩いた後の一杯なので2割増しの感想かもですがとても美味しかったです。
