久宝寺口駅から歩いてすぐのところにある「麺や 一想」さんにランチで初訪問
AM11:30 お店に到着 丁度いいタイミングでカウンター7席のうちの1つが空いていて滑り込む
注文は初めから決めていた鶏白湯 醤油に煮玉子トッピング:1,000円
最初に来られたお客様4人分のを先につくり終えて提供され、その後の3人分をつくるため待つこと約13分で着丼
見た目濃厚のようですがあっさり目の白湯スープ
凄く飲みやすく、熱さもしっかりあるのが嬉しい
ちょっと硬めの中太ストレート麺がこのスープに絡んでメチャうま
肉々しいレアチャーシュー、程よく煮付けられた玉子も美味しい
ペロッと食べていまいました
久しぶりに美味しい鶏白湯系のラーメンをいただきました
