Take a short trip and do some shopping in Yao. I thought I'd have Okinawa Soba for lunch, but it was closed. Out of necessity, I was walking around looking for a suitable store nearby and found this store. It seems that Yakiniku (Grilled meat) has started serving lunch after being closed due to the coronavirus. The menu is "curry". Recently, when it comes to curry, other than Kokoichi, I've only eaten spiced curry and Indian/Sri Lankan curry, so it's been a while since I've had a curry like this that could be called European curry. The vegetables are beautifully colored, and the curry roux is clearly smooth. All grilled vegetables with a little bit of roux are delicious. And only one block of high-quality beef. It's fatty and oozes out from between the lean meat. Once you get to know this taste, you'll probably want to come back to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) at night. The most important part, the curry, is definitely delicious, but it's hard to convey the ``deliciousness'' that melts into it. However, I was captivated by the piece of meat, so it must be the restaurant's strategy. I would definitely like to go eat some meat.
