鶏白湯の人気店 鶏恋さんへ。
平日12時過ぎ、タイミング良く待ち時間なく店内へ。
・特製鶏白湯 塩 ¥1,100
鶏と煮干しの旨みがしっかり効いた、程良いとろみのスープ。一口目からしっかり濃厚が味えます。
中太ストレート麺は、伸びもありのごどごし良い。
とろみのスープと絡みながらオンザマウス。
低温調理の三元豚レアチャーシューは自家製のタレ漬けなのか、めちゃくちゃコクがあり美味い。
煮卵も濃厚でとろり。柚皮とネギとカイワレとメンマがいいアクセントになってます。
食べ終わった後にも、また食べたくなるハマり具合。非常に完成度の高い一杯です。
