麺は、太麺で弾力があるため喉越しは、良くないです。
つけだれは、塩分強めで旨味は、あまり感じなかったです。チャーシューは、薄着でしっとりと柔らかく美味しく仕上がっています。
ご飯との相性も良くチャーシューご飯は美味しかったです。
