自社農園で収穫した新鮮な野菜や果物を使用した手作りジェラートのお店
八尾の高安地区の「里山」からイタリア語で山を表す「Monte」。
その里山が「長春に包まれている情景」から長春色を意味する「Rose」。
この二つの造語として「Monte Rose（モンテローザ）」と名付けました。
「里山の手作りジェラート」というコンセプトのもと、四季折々の季節の気配を感じられるような、誰からも愛されるお店を目指します。
