On February 14th, I visited the new store, which is just a short walk from Yao Minami Station. This is a restaurant that mainly serves Hakata Hot Pot, and this time I made a reservation in advance and received a course for ¥5,500 (all-you-can-drink included). It's a new store, so the inside of the store is pretty clean, and the staff had a fresh, fresh feel as it was just the opening. The meal starts with three appetizers, yakitori grilled on an iron plate (the staff will grill it for you only at the beginning), shrimp mayo (the sweet potato is a great accent), and the main dish, Hot Pot. The chicken is in a collagen-rich soup stock that has been simmered for 8 hours, and when it is simmered, the soup is the first thing that comes with it. It had a mediocre taste. Once it's simmered, add the vegetables! We all had fun poking at it and devoured it in no time. At the end, add the rice to the soup stock, which soaks up the flavor of each ingredient! (You can also choose noodles) I sprinkled plum powder on it for a nice accent. I had sorbet for dessert, which left my mouth feeling refreshed. On the way home, a friendly guy gave me ``Ame-chan''! I can't say it's a good value for money in this price range in this location, but I think it's a very good restaurant, so please come and enjoy the delicious Hot Pot! Thank you for the meal\(^o^)/
