There were three of us here. I made a reservation in advance and was taken to a private room to eat. What I ordered was the special set (grilled vegetables, radish salad, top-quality Wagyu beef tongue, special fillet, special loin, special short ribs, ichibo, medium-sized short ribs), Cow tongue, homemade kakuteki, kimchi, namul and kalbi gupper. I sometimes eat Miyazaki beef or Kobe beef, but considering the balance between meat and oil, I thought Saga beef was better for my palate. Saga beef tongue was only available in the special selection set, and it was a bit of a shame that misoji and skirt steak were not available. What surprised me again was the taste of kakuteki and kimchi. The kimchi was of a level that you don't often find in Japan, and it's almost the same level as the Korean one, so it was really delicious. (The president apparently flies in Korean chili powder directly from Korea for the flavor of the kimchi.) I think the restaurant was really good, both in terms of the taste of the beef and the kindness of the employees. Thank you for the meal.
