だし巻き玉子とおこげとりめし
名古屋松坂屋の九州物産展のイートインでラーメンを食べていると３店舗の料理を提供していました。
そのなかにとりめしのおにぎりもありました。
沢山は食べられないので、出店している店舗でだし巻き玉子と鶏の炭火焼きの下にとりめしが入ったお弁当を購入。
とりめしにおこげがのせてありました。
自分の口に合えば物産展が開催されている間に冷凍の具を買い求めてもいいかな？
だし巻き玉子は出汁がしっかりはいっている甘さ控えめの京都寄りの味で、とりめしはあっさり味。
炭火焼きの鶏肉はジューシーで美味しかった。

おこげの入った鶏飯に炙り鶏は炭焼き風な色合いで芳ばしくて、だし巻き玉子も入っていてボリュームもあります。
美味しく頂きました。
