土砂降りの火曜日の夜。
居酒屋に人が入らない条件が揃った感じですが、佐賀駅前の居酒屋「鱗」は、意外とお客さんが多く入っていました。
ビジネスホテルで、オススメの店を聞いた所、「佐賀牛推し」！
調べてみるとかなり高給な店ばかりでしたが、この「鱗」は、「鶏」なので、佐賀牛に比べたら良心的な値段の部類に入りそうです。
その鶏を使った「焼き鳥」ですが、どの部位も、なかなかの噛み応え！
個人的に噛み応え満点の鶏は好きなので、結構好みな鶏が揃ってました！！
まあ、たくさん食べると顎が疲れてしまう欠点があるので、柔らかいものも欲しくなる歳になっては来ましたが・・・。
ただ、この噛み応えは、結構インパクトあって良かったです。
佐賀の鶏の美味さが伝わりました。
一方、刺身は、タコやイカが良かったですね。
やはり玄界灘の刺身は、タコとイカ！
味が濃い！独特の甘みがあって、美味しかったです！！
盛り付けも豪華で素敵でした！
最後に、名前をド忘れしてしまいましたが、豆腐が美味しかったです。
独特の味わいがあって、是非、もう一度食べたい一品でした。
