今日は佐賀にやってきました。昼前に佐賀空港に着いて、まずは腹ごしらえでこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。
下調べで見た「ヒデシマライス」をどうしても食べたくて期待大で注文。運ばれた料理は、おっさんじゃ食べ切れる自信がないほどのボリューム！でも、ドライカレーに卵を巻いてカレーを浸す最高に食欲を駆り立てる一品。さっそく一口、驚くほどに口当たりが良くて軽い見た目と裏腹の食感にスプーンが進み、あっと言う間に完食してしまいました。不思議なことに重たい満腹感はありませんでした。これぞ美食！！
同行者が食べていた「シシリアンライス」を一口、肉の重たさが野菜とマヨネーズであっさりしていて、これも間違いなく美食でした！
評価が高いことに納得し、とても美味しいランチに大満足しました。
