最近は居酒屋よりも寿司とか焼き肉とか専門店で飲むことが多いのですが今日は仕事の関係で佐賀県にきています。近くに空いてるお店はここしかなく、とりあえず、夜飯がてら入りました‼
田舎の家のような玄関ドアを開けると、アットホームな雰囲気のいい店♪なかなか落ち着けます
カウンターもありますが、最初から一人では少し入りずらいかもですね(^^;
生をとりあえず頼んだら今度は料理です。
焼き鳥がメインのお店のようですね。
焼き鳥は紙に書いて渡すシステムです。サガリ、バラ、皮を注文。
一品は山芋鉄板、刺身盛り、トマトスライスなどはど
焼き鳥ですが、皮は小さいですが、パリッと美味しいです(^q^)
バラ、サガリは予想よりかなり大きめでお得です。特にさがりにおいてはサーベルで出てきて、特製ステーキソースで頂けます。串焼きではなくステーキのような感じですが、添えてあるソースはどのメーカーのどのソースか一発でわかりましたwま、にしてもコスパはたかいです
山芋鉄板ですが、こちらはなぜか粘りがとろとろと言うよりﾍﾞﾀﾍﾞﾀにちかいです。一緒に卵も焼いていて、これが全然合いません。タレで味付けしたお好み焼きパターンですが、美味しくないです。
刺身は980円ですが、博多で食べるなら3000円はとられるぐらいの量で味も悪くありません。これと言って鮮度勝負なネタもなく、逆にそれが安定な刺身盛りになってて好印象でした(^-^)
トマトはマヨネーズ！？が添えてあります。田舎はマヨネーズ多様しますよねwご飯にかけたりとかww
全体的に安く、その価格帯でも満足いく内容のお店でした(^-^)息子さん！？的な人の焼き鳥も旨かったです。
