本場の味を一品料理からコース料理まで
2020年7月10日(金)リニューアルオープン |
ニューオータニ佐賀の地下さね。
夏を先取りした冷たいラーメン、冷やし中華などメニューにあったが、ブレずに担々麺さね。
店内も落ち着いて、大人な雰囲気よ。
運ばれて来た担々麺。
胡麻の風味とラー油の香り。
まぁ、どちらも胡麻なんやけど（笑）
いい感じさね。
やたらに胡麻だけが強く、しゃぶしゃぶの胡麻ダレみたいな担々麺があるけど、こちらはちゃんとスープもしっかりしていたとよね。
麺は普通のストレート。
ツルツルとした歯ごたえやわ。
もうちょっと辛味が欲しいとよ。
暑い日には熱い、辛いで汗を出す。
もうガリガリさね。嘘けどね！
しかし。
こちらの担々麺は嘘やないとよ。
一緒に行ったツレはサンラーター麺。
あの辛い酸っぱい奴。
写真は無いけど、溶き卵とトマトとエビが乗ってたとよ。
小さな小鉢が付いて来て、中にはバジルペースト。
途中で入れると味が変わります！って。
中華から、イタリアンになるみたいさね。
気になるわ〜。
次回はそれ食べたいとよね。
