平日のランチで訪問しました。
しっかりお腹が空いていたらライス等をつけましたが、体調的に焼きそば普通盛りの単品です。
麺はしっかりカリカリの食感がある部分もあり、モチモチの部分はソースと絡んで甘さを感じます。
たっぷりもやしのシャキシャキとのバランスも素晴らしく、後半は生卵を混ぜて味変です。
子どもの頃から想夫恋は食べておりましたが、懐かしい味を感じました。
