ここに行くと牛肉ちゃんぽん一択。
豚肉ちゃんぽんも美味しいけれどあっさりしすぎている印象があって、私は牛肉派です。
なんといっても、コクが違う…。ここの牛肉ちゃんぽんのスープを飲むと、今まで食べてたなのはなんだったのかと思うぐらいその美味しさに痺れます。行儀悪いかもしれませんが、丼を手に持ち最後の一滴まで飲み干してしまいます。
もちもちの太麺に、ちょうどいい量の具材。もやしにネギ、かまぼこ、お肉と具材はシンプルですがそれがまた良い。
ここはほかの店と違って、伊達巻のような甘いあべかわというものがのってますが、私はこれだけは苦手なので抜いてもらいます。笑
今まで豚肉ちゃんぽんしか頼んでなかったという方、ぜひ牛肉ちゃんぽんを頼んでみてください！本当にオススメです！
