So, in the evening, I decided to change things up and went to a restaurant that sells bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling, which is popular these days. It's a shop I've heard rumors about for quite some time, but I haven't been able to go to. I went to the Gyoza / Dumpling house "TOMORU" in Nabeshima, Saga City. The inside of the store was larger than I expected and felt calm, and there were plenty of private rooms. I like that it can be used by both small and large groups. There seems to be a wide range of drinks including shochu and cocktails. So I asked anyway. Today's main draft beer and bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling Gyoza / Dumpling dumplings are quite light and easy to go by (lol) Personally, I prefer heavy Gyoza / Dumpling with plenty of meat juice and a firm skin, but this is good enough for beer lovers. Is it alright? ? Also, the side menu, Wagyu Yukhoe, comes with pears and is a bit sweet. It came out after the horse sashimi Gyoza / Dumpling, so I guess it must have been frozen. I don't dislike frozen meat, but it was a shame that it was all stuck together. was. It's a good place to go for drinks, as they have a wide variety of menu items other than Gyoza / Dumpling, but I don't think it's a good place to go to eat Gyoza / Dumpling. It was a shop with a feeling like that. The shochu was cheap, so if I have a chance I'll probably go there again (lol)
