何もない平日の昼過ぎにランチで主人と訪問しました。
それでも行列の人気店です。
出産前にどうしても食べたくて、行きました！
こんな山奥に？本当にあるの?という感じですが
素敵なお店があります‼︎迷わず進んでください
お店に入るまでに1時間ちょい並びました。
推しポイント
①とにかくそば好きは、１度来店必須。
②ガレットももちもち、美味しい！
お蕎麦の品種は：在来種北山そば。
まずお塩をかけてと勧めてくださいます。
そうすることでそばの甘味・うまみ・香りがお口いっぱいに広がります。
周りの集落の雰囲気・お料理を作り・出して下さる店員さんからもどこか、実家に
帰ってきてゆっくり頂いているような気分になります。
今回注文したのは『杉(そばの芽サラダ・盛りそば・ガレット)』￥1550円
※もしかすると物価高でお値段変わってるかもしれません。
このラインナップでこのお値段。大満足です。
