久々に夢咲屋にお邪魔しました。
昔と変わっておらず温かい雰囲気のお店で良かったです。
メニューを拝見したところ
3000円～6000円位の会席コースがありました。
ランチは1000円台～ありリーズナブルですね☆
お客さんもご家族連れから、お仕事帰りのお父さん達など年齢層は幅広い感じ。
安いし、お座敷もあるし、居心地が良いので家族連れでも行きやすいと思います。
今回はお招きでお邪魔したためお値段は不明です。ｺﾞﾒﾝﾅｻｲ。
ただ、お刺身や焼き物など10数品の会席を堪能。
和食なのですが、日本の食材にとどまらず
目にも鮮やかな色とりどりのお野菜を使用されていました。
どれも、おいしかったです。
和食、割烹、会席料理とうたっているお料理屋さんでは基本的には
昔からある、日本の食材を使用して！
という風潮がありますが、ここは自由に板前さんが良いと思われる物を
取入れた和食どころです。若い人は好きなのでは？！
味付けも純和風というよりは、創意工夫料理といった感じ。
もちろん、お煮付けとかは和風でしたけど。
季節感を感じるお料理で女性が好むお店だと思います。
