I wasn't sure whether to have Sushi or meat for dinner, but I decided to make a reservation in advance so that I could eat Sanaka for the first time in a while. The restaurant is ``Yamasa Shoten Sushiyoshi''. The location is south of Saga Station, near Saga Shrine. It's about a 15 minute walk from the station. It's located in an inconspicuous alley. When you enter the store, there are counter seats on the left, and there are also seats on the second floor. Since I was alone, I naturally went to the counter. I made a reservation for the Omakase course for 13,200 yen in advance. The contents are below. First, the food before Sushi. Sesame tofu Itoshima fat mozuku Sashimi (flounder, bonito, red sea bream, water octopus, smoked) Boiled octopus Saikyo-yaki Spanish mackerel Tempura (shiitake, asparagus, pumpkin, asparagus, Japanese Spanish mackerel) Steamed egg custard and Sushi Ishigakidai Goto horse mackerel with vinegar 〆 Halfbeak Ootoro Red sea bream 〆 Red shellfish Kinki Horse dung sea urchin Squid Tsushima golden conger eel Sushi dishes before the sushi were the Saikyo-yaki Spanish mackerel and the boiled octopus. Tempura felt like the vegetables were weak overall. The Sushi is generally small. I think the vinegar in the shari became stronger after the red shellfish, perhaps because the shari changed along the way. After the red shellfish, the toppings were weaker, so perhaps the vinegar in the shari was stronger. The fatty tuna looked like bellows, but the fat had melted and the rice was visible. This is a bit. (^^;A: I think this price is reasonable for 10 pieces of Sushi and 7 dishes. However, perhaps there were not many staff members, but the tea I ordered was brought back in the first half. It was at the same time as the checkout, so it was a bit tough for me since I can't eat without water.
