2ndアルバム「THE WORLD OF DOOM AND ROLL」のリリースツアー佐賀公演の前。
4軒目・幸陽閣に続いてフルポン率いるC-fakesと共に、5軒目・麺家ぶらっくぴっぐへ。

ファサード左方にあるU.S.AIR FORCEみたいなロゴがカッチョイイ。
玉子入ラーメン…600円
先の幸陽閣にも引けを取らない、しっかりとした乳化。
鼻腔をくすぐる豚骨＋醤油の香ばしさが、期待を裏切らないコトを宣誓しているかのよう。
その宣誓通り、グイグイ押し迫ってくる髄の旨みとコクの深さで、手繰る箸の手が止められない。
加えて麺も風味高く、滑らかな舌ざわりも好印象で、パンチあるスープに押し負けされない存在感。
しなやかで喉越しも良く、この日に食べた中では最も好みに近い麺だ。
大ぶりのチャーシューが3枚も乗ってるサービス精神も評価に値する。
奇を衒うコトなく、基本がそれぞれ高次元で仕上がっているという、温故知新の理想形。
ココは再訪必至だな～！
