平日のランチで訪問しました。
カウンター席のみです。
席がいっぱいでしたので、中に待ち用の椅子がありますので座って声がかかるまで待ちます。
水はセルフです。
ラーメンと半チャーハンを注文しました。
生卵は無しにしています。
ラーメンはネギとチャーシューのみのシンプルな具材で、麺は固さは普通のみです。
中細という感じです、豚骨にしては太い方かなと思いました。
スープは豚骨感強めで、骨の粒子みたいなザラザラ感が舌に残ります。
半チャーハンは味付けも濃く、ちょうど半くらいが飽きが来なくて美味しく頂けるかなと思います。
チャーシューも柔らかくて、麺とよく合って美味しかったです。
