I made a reservation for a girls' night out to celebrate my friend's promotion. This is an selection course. 1. Prosciutto and Strawberry Salad: Probably... It was a simple salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, but it was very delicious with the fresh vegetables and the salty taste of Prosciutto. 2. Seasonal vegetables (rapeseed flowers, fava beans, snap peas), mozzarella cheese, and basil sauce ← It was probably mozzarella cheese. I forgot the name, so I named it randomly, but it was also very delicious. The taste of the vegetables was outstanding. 3. Grilled white asparagus: I think...the sauce that seemed to be cheese and egg went well with the white asparagus. 4.
