真のナポリピッツァ協会認定ピザ店でピザ生地を客の目の前でコネで回さないお店ははじめて見た
冷凍ピザに力を入れてらっしゃるのでそういうことかな？
マリナーラはもっとニンニクが効いたピザである
ナポリピザ認定とはなんぞやと知らない人もいるかと思うけど製法のビデオ審査だけである
味を確認する作業は無い
恵比寿のパルテノペはナポリ認定ピザ店として日本で4番目のお店だが ここの斜め前に僕が住んでいたのは2004年だったかな？ 中目黒や恵比寿にはピザの名店も多く良く訪れた
